1. Agreement

By using the BILLIARDS website or joining our early-access waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit your email or use the waitlist.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in BILLIARDS products and launch updates. It does not create a purchase order, reservation of inventory, guarantee of availability, or promise of a specific price or ship date.

We may limit, pause, or close the waitlist at any time. We may also decline or remove entries that appear fraudulent or abusive.

3. Your responsibilities

When you sign up, you confirm that:

You are providing an email address you own or are authorized to use
The information you submit is accurate
You are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live)

4. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from BILLIARDS about product launches, early access, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using links in those emails or by contacting us.

5. Website content

Product names, specifications, images, and timelines on this site are for information and may change before launch. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell until we expressly open orders.

6. Intellectual property

All BILLIARDS branding, logos, copy, and site design are owned by BILLIARDS or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The website and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BILLIARDS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the waitlist after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
