India-first manufacturing strategy
We begin by importing fully-built units (CBU) to validate demand fast, then progressively build India manufacturing capability - SKD assembly in Pune from Year 1, partial domestic battery pack production from Year 2, and full OEM/ODM supply capability by Year 3+. Each phase improves unit economics and deepens our India-made story, qualifying for PLI incentives and Startup India benefits.

The AURA SLIM starts at Rs.1,999 - genuinely premium technology at the same price point as a mid-range budget brand. This is only possible because of our direct OEM sourcing from CATL-grade factories and India-assembly cost savings from Phase 2.
